While I welcome feedback, I have enabled moderation to keep the blog focused on its purpose. If you would like to submit a comment, please follow these guidelines:
1) Be concise. Keep comments short and to the point. If you find there are many things you wold like to say, focus on what is most important.
2) Be relevant. Comments should address content in the post it is responding to.
3) Be respectful. Imagine you are speaking to a coworker you do not know well.
I will approve comments that follow these guidelines, and not approve those that do not. However keep in mind that this is a blog, not a public forum. My energy will be focused on creating the main content of the blog, not on discussion.
